Work History: Henry had held many reputed positions in innumerable companies before starting a lucrative business empire. In 1965, he acted as a general law practitioner for White, Weld & Company. From 1966, he had worked as the general partner of another investment agency, the Oppenheimer & Company. An entrepreneur by birth, he worked with numerous other corporations (primarily in the banking sector) before rooting himself on hospitality business ventures like car rentals and hotel chains. Henry also held crucial positions at Reliance Group Holdings, Univision and the Days Inn. He is currently the chief executive officer of Cendant Corporation, a post that was bestowed to him in 1997.

Education: Henry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College; this was obtained in 1961. He was also particularly interested in business administration and the laws governing them - this had fueled him to pursue postgraduate curriculums in the University of Pennsylvania and the New York University from 1964 to 1965.
