Work History: At the age of 13, Bill Gates was recruited by the Computer Center Corporation (CCC) to eradicate the existing software errors in their machines. By 1971, he was absorbed into Information Sciences to create a program for their payroll. Bill also created exclusive software programs for his school. He was the co-founder of Microsoft Corporation and acted as the CEO for a brief period before stepping down in 2000.
Education: Although Bill Gates was enrolled into the Harvard (based on his high IQ levels), he had dropped out of college to develop complex programs and ultimately to set up a Fortune 500 company.
Bio: Bill Gates was known for his intelligence and keenness on software programming from a very early stage. He was even employed by his own school to create computer programs for various academic purposes. Although he is known as a business magnate who gives away many millions as charity, a closer look into his lifestyle, especially during his earlier days would reveal several aspects. For instance, although Bill Gates had immense programming capabilities, his talents remained unnoticed by many (in the corporate circles) for some years. Gates had to strive extensively to demonstrate his programming capabilities to various audiences.
After setting up Microsoft Corporation, Bill Gates had to work closely with various other software companies namely Oracle and IBM. With the introduction of Microsoft's first operating system - the Microsoft Windows, he had set a firm foundation on which he could balance the company for the umpteen years to come. Gates primarily concentrated on developing operating systems pertaining to Windows NT kernel.
Throughout the years, one will realize that Bill Gates was very malicious in safeguarding his domain. Even when the competition arose in the form of Open Source, he remained bounded to dedication and steadfastness. Socially, Bill Gates scored low - he was renowned for snapping viciously at highly placed managers within Microsoft. This was a technique, which he used vehemently throughout his lifetime in order to coax employees to perform at peak performance. Gates never spent any time idling away company profits. He used to spend hours' toiling hard with the company programmers to come up with error free software code snippets.
